3 Waters is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance (key safe), has a fully private and spacious bedroom, an open living and dining room area with a pull-out queen sized sofa bed (if extra family or friends come to stay), a lovely Kauri Pine dining table, a sizeable kitchen/ laundry and a modern, roomy bathroom with shower.

With plenty of room for your comfort comprising a generous king bed, separate dining and living room, modern bathroom and kitchen (all up around 44 sq m of inside space), you’ll certainly not be cramped and will be able to relax and unwind after spending a fun day at the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks or at the Mt Tamborine’s distilleries (we have discount coupons) or strolling along some of the nearby, stunning bush walks.
